Most people already drink coffee. Why not give them something they’re already going to buy? Give the customer what they want, without the worries about keeping the product from spoiling or melting. The best part? Our coffee is fresh and roasted daily based on your order – the freshest possible offering.
What can we sell?
The Reading Coffee Company offers seven types of our most popular coffees: Breakfast Blend, Breakfast Blend Decaf, Colombian Dark Roast, Hazel Nut, Irish Cream, Jamaican Me Crazy, Jazzy Java, and Vanilla Nut. All coffee is ground and sealed in an attractive, 8 oz foil bag and finished with a Reading Coffee Company label. Additionally, other flavors are available by season or special request. All sales programs are completely customizable for your organization. We love to work with all kinds of groups!
Reading Coffee also has single-serve K-Cup pods available! Packed in attractive, colored 12-count boxes ready for your label and branding, our single-use pods are fully compostable, including the lids, too! Eight varieties are available – and more to come!

- Bags Tier 1: Buy 100 to 999 bags at $6.00 / bag for a profit of $4.00 at a $10 fundraiser price.
- Bags Tier 2: Buy 1000 – 2499 bags at $5.70 / bag for a profit of $4.30 at a $10 fundraiser price.
- Bags Tier 3: Buy 2500 or more bags for $5.25 / bag for a profit of $4.75 at a $10 fundraiser price.
- Pods Tier 1: Buy 50-199 12-count boxes at $8.00 / box for a profit of $4.00 at a $12 fundraiser price.
- Pods Tier 2: Buy 200-499 12-count boxes at $7.70 / box for a profit of $4.30 at a $12 fundraiser price.
- Pods Tier 3: Buy 500 or more boxes at $7.40 / box for a profit of $4.60 at a $12 fundraiser price.
All finished coffee bags will be available for pick-up at our Birdsboro location. Shipping charges are additional.
We have low minimums and flexible options! The minimum requirement to get started is fifty (50), half-pound bags or fifty (50) boxes of single use pods (12 pods per box).
Private Label Option
The private label approach allows you to market the coffee on a continual basis, year-round. Your group can offer it door-to-door, at sporting events, concerts, plays, the school store, and your holiday shop. Having your own coffee “brand” available allows coffee drinkers to support your group whenever they buy coffee, not just at fundraising time. If you are looking for a profitable fundraiser that you can really call your own, private labeling is for you!
Brand Your Fundraiser
The private label option can be as simple as using your school or organization logo, along with your own unique coffee names. If you want to add some community excitement, you could involve the student body in a label design contest with a prize for the winning design. This also helps to motivate the selling process.
With the custom label, there is a one-time charge of $70.00 for the set-up of each of the label types. For a truly customized look, custom coffee bag printing is also available as an option. Design services are also available through our staff. Please inquire for detailed pricing.
What’s the selling process like?
How do we keep all the orders straight? Don’t worry, we supply the fundraising sales form that keeps everything easily organized for your fundraising administrator. Simply print out as many forms as needed for your fundraising team, and once the sales are complete, compile the forms to submit your order totals. All funds are collected in advance or at delivery by your team of fundraisers, and the beneficiary organization pays the total invoice.
