What’s in the Cup?
Our signature Colombian Medium Roast – just without all of the caffeine. This staple of coffee roasts has been decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process Method – void of chemicals – a water process that uses (you guessed it) hot water to plump up the beans and allow the caffeine to be gently extracted. The resulting cup is balanced, medium-full bodied, medium-high acidity, with nutty undertones and a clean, winey finish.
