Ethiopian coffee is distinctively floral and fruit-toned, and we roast precisely to bring those qualities out of the bean. Equally exotic hot or cold, this coffee is medium-bodied with a bright fruit-like acidity.
Ethiopia is also the birthplace of coffee, it’s no wonder these beans are incredibly popular. According to legend, the 9th-century goat herder Kaldi discovered the coffee plant after noticing the energizing effect the plant had on his flock.
