Gourmet Colombian Decaf Green Beans are unroasted whole beans in their raw form. Colombian coffee has a distinct flavor and richness once it is roasted. In Colombia the growing regions spread from North to South along the three “cordilleras.”  High atop the majestic Andes, the landscape is rugged, the volcanoes are simmering, is where the some of the finest coffee beans in Colombia like to grow. These decaf green beans have not been roasted.
