Donation Requests

At Reading Coffee Company, we’re proud to support the community that supports us. Due to the high volume of donation requests we receive, please review the following guidelines carefully before submitting your request.
Who We Support
We focus our giving on local, non-profit organizations that serve our general metro-area in Pennsylvania, particularly:
- Berks County
- Chester County
- Select areas of Montgomery, Lancaster, and Lehigh Counties
To be eligible, the individual submitting the request should be an active customer of Reading Coffee Company — someone our team recognizes by name or someone we can verify in our system. We are proud to support those who support us!
How to Submit a Request
All donation requests must be submitted through our online request form.
We are unable to accept requests submitted via mail, email, general website contact form, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger), phone, voicemail, in person.
Important Donation Guidelines
Please carefully read the criteria below before submitting:
- All requests must be submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to your event or need date.
- Late submissions (less than 6 weeks notice) will not be accepted.
- Donation items will be made available within two weeks of the event date, not earlier.
- Request must include either:
- Your organization’s 501(c)(3) status, or
- Supporting details for your non-profit or fundraising effort
- Limit one request per organization per calendar year
- An event date is required for consideration
- Once your e-form is submitted, a decision will be made within three weeks
- Please do not call or email to check the status of your request
While we can't fulfill every request, we do personally review each and every submission.

Reading Coffee Company is a family-owned business that receives many requests each year. While we wish we could say “yes” to everyone, we prioritize organizations we’ve supported long-term and those connected to our loyal customers.
Supporting the causes of our customers is important to us — it’s one of the many ways we give back to the community that has supported us for over 35 years.

Ask us about our non-profit fundraising program — offering freshly roasted coffee at wholesale pricing. It’s a deliciously effective way to support your cause.
Donation Options to Consider
When filling out your form, you may request:
- Pre-Packaged Coffee (Ready to brew at your event)
- RCC Gift Box
- RCC Gift Card (for use in our retail store only)
- Financial Support
- Other (Tell us more!)
Donation Pickup
We do not ship or mail donations.
All donations must be picked up in person, with a scheduled appointment, at our company headquarters:
