A light roast with notes of nectarines, jasmine, and cane sugar.

This single-origin light roast is pulled right before first crack, which highlights the acidity of the bean along with a slightly bigger jolt of caffeine.  Acidity gives coffee a little extra character while letting its natural citrusy flavor qualities come through, with a lighter body all around.
